[Evolution] Why change the next/prev new message shortcut?

For some time it used to be n/p. Which was ok. And after a while it
changed to ,/. .

I felt more comfortable with those (,/.) shortcuts. But now, in devel
snapshot 200209041002, it is [ and ].

On a Norwegian keyboard I have to push AltGr+8 and AltGr+9 to select
next and prev new message. 

Why change these settings all the time?
