[Evolution] Contacts table view cannot change column width

Greetings,

when I go to the Contacts table view the columns are all the same width
and I cannot change the width of any of them.  I can, however, add and
remove columns.  I can also change the column width in the Mail tables.

I know I could do this before.  Does anyone else see this issue?

system: Evolution 1.2.3, RedHat 7.3
