[Evolution] Can Evolution Use A Different Web Browser?

Is there a setting to control which web browser Evolution will use for
web links in HTML email messages?

I'd like Evolution to use Epiphany instead of Mozilla.

I was unable to find anything in the docs or on the Ximian KB web site.
