Ok, i guess i'll have to say it again for about the 200th time then ...
set CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG to 1 in the environment, and run evolution from
there.

It doesn't mean it works though, since i've never seen a server run it,
but it definitely implements it.

I looked around for a way of debugging the connection between evo and the
IMAP server - but nothing jumped out at me...
