[Evolution] Error sending password

Hi List,

It is starting to work on the nerves to continually receive a pop-up
window with the following message:

Unable to connect to POP server pop.xxx.xxx.
Error sending password: Operation now in progress.

I have 8 pop3 accounts which are fetched every 30 minutes. Every time
this pop-up appears. If I confirm with OK, it disappears without
comment! Often the password is asked again. The password is xxxx'ed out
and only an OK is sufficient to continue. The mail is then collected. It
seems that evo is too fast for these server. I use the "disable support
for all POP3 extensions" to try to solve the problem. It did'nt work
either.
