[Evolution] Fix for: [connector] FW: Connector regression from Evo 1.4.x to 2.0?

Hi all;

I reported Ximian bug 66926 on this problem, and did some trivial
investigation.  Yesterday veg9000 gmail com attached a one-line patch to
the bug that solved the problem for him (her?)

I've not had time to test it with my garnome setup but a colleague
tested it with his Gentoo system and it worked!  Yay!


FYI, for those that are having this problem.  Basically it will impact
anyone who needs to provide a different Windows domain from the
"default" one for the Exchange server--I'm sure I have this terminology
wrong because I know next to nothing about these parts of Windows.
