[Evolution] 2.0.2 - Add address hangs w/ Querying Address Book...

I'm running evo 2.0.2 (BTW, I seemed to have lost my local contacts when
I transitioned from 1.4), and when I attempt to add a contact from the
blue-highlighted email addresses of people, I get this error:

(evolution:28630): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkwindow.c: line 1883
(gtk_window_set_transient_for): assertion `parent == NULL ||
GTK_IS_WINDOW (parent)' failed

The Add address window sits forever with the "Querying Address Book..."
message but doesn't do anything else.

Any suggestions?
