[Evolution] focus switching is slow

Hello
    I'm using Evolution 2.2.2, and experience a problem: focus switching is very slow -
even using Tab in message composer it takes seconds to move focus to another input field 
(say from "To" to "subject"). Other gnome applications work fine though... Can You suggest 
a reason/solution?
