[Evolution] Disabling "On This Computer" Folders

Subject: [Evolution] Disabling "On This Computer" Folders

I am using an IMAP account only. I want all of my mail stored server
side. Thus, the "On This Computer" folders are useless. How can I
disable the display of that group?
