Hi,

I managed to install evolution-2.10.1-9.5 and get it working but I

Which distro are you using? If you downloaded the RPMS from somewhere,
then did you get the RPMs meant for your distro only?
# rpm -i poppler-glib-0.5.4-20.i586.rpm
# rpm -i evince-0.6.1-22.i586.rpm
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.62794: line 1: opt/gnome/bin/gconftool-2: No such file
or directory
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.62794: line 2: opt/gnome/bin/gconftool-2: No such file
or directory
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.62794: line 3: opt/gnome/bin/gconftool-2: No such file
or directory
error: %post(evince-0.6.1-22.i586) scriptlet failed, exit status 127
AFAIK, in OpenSuSE10.3, GNOME's prefix has been moved from /opt/gnome
to /usr/. So my best guess is that either you are using a RPM not
meant for your distro, or the package maintainer hasn't updated the
post-install scripts correctly.
Hope this helps.
Srinidhi.
