[Evolution] Windows Evolution problem

Hi,
I succeed to run Evolution on Wind-XP after installation by run the
Evolution.cmd batch on ./program file/Evolution but when I close
Evolution I got an error panel with write memory problem.
Other question how to got the same look as Gnome Evolution Ubuntu on
Windows.
