[Evolution] The Evo list doesn't fully support Evo

For quite a few versions, Evo has supported special operations for
mailing lists, both Ctrl-L (Message->Reply to List) and several actions
under the Message->Mailing List menu.

Rather embarassingly, at least two of these (Contact List Owner and Get
List Archive) don't work for *this* list. The List-Archive header has an
incomplete URL, and there is no header indicating the list owner.
