after systemstart two messages come up 
1. your harddrive is failing ! S.M.A.R.T message : Device:/dev/sda,
1 currently unredable sectors
2. your harddrive is failing ! S.M.A.R.T. message : Device:/dev/sda,
1 currently unreadable  ( pending ) sectors

Question : whaat needs to be done next ?
