It's not possible to do this automatically inside Evo, given that
filters are only applied to messages considered to be new. Check the
archives for a lot of discussion of this. See also

One way around this would be to download your mail with fetchmail and
use procmail filters to keep a separate copy. Point Evo to your local
store instead of the server. Setting this up is left as an exercise for
the reader :-)
