[Evolution] changing To: / Cc: on group-reply

Hello,

We have the company rule that the To: of a given mail must act or reply
while the Cc: gets only informed (copied). That's why on group-reply
sometimes I'd like to change the order of To: and Cc: ... is there some
way to do so w/o cut&paste the content of both fields?

In mutt while composing a mail with my preferred editor 'vi', I'm just editing the
header lines directly. i.e. changing the word 'To' by 'Cc'...
