Also, it is not necessary to uncheck the box authorizing showing
subscribed folders as several people, you included, have suggested. It
is possible to get a complete list of available folders by using Manage
Subscriptions, as I noted previously. That seems simpler to me.
You will always get the complete list in Manage Subscriptions - it would
be illogical to only show folders you are subscribed to in a situation
where you are wanting to subscribe to folders you are not subscribed to.
The check box "show only subscribed folders" refers to the main folder
view - i.e. you can see all the folders *without subscribing to them* in
the left hand pane.
