I noticed this also.  When I use Ctrl-L to reply, as I have done here,
the message uses my default email account, not the account that was the
recipient of the message.  It didn't used to be that way.

I also have to change from HTML, my preferred method, to text, requested
by this list.  I thought I remembered a setting to make the type of
formatting conform to the choices in the Contacts list.

Oh!  Evolution 3.8.1 on openSUSE 12.3 using KDE 4.10.3
