[Evolution] can't send mails -name:1.13-

since some days i have problems with some of my mailadresse

when I open evolution and when I try to send mails I get the message:

the reported error was "the name:1.13 was not provided by any .service
files".
or another one

Verbindung mit »smtp.web.de:465« gescheitert: TCP connection reset by peer

what is wrong?

evolution runs under
ubuntu 14.04, 64 bit
