I guess so. Rather than having an extra option, if the EWS calendar
would follow the current "Send reply to sender" option within the
meeting invitation, then it'll be better.

Having a bug report, thus it's not forgotten, against evolution-ews in
GNOME's bugzilla, is a good idea.
