        Hi,
it's missing debug symbols for evolution and evolution-data-server,
thus the backtrace is slightly incomplete, or better not that detailed
as it could be, but even with it it shows the Maildir account is
opening the folder/s and synchronizing the content of it/them.

Do you have enabled to empty trash on exit, it's in Edit->Preferences
->Mail Preferences->General tab->Delete Mail section, eventually to
delete Junk messages on exit, it's at the top of the Junk tab? It can
be one of the differences.

Those 12.000 messages is nothing huge, I've two folders with slightly
more than 10.000 messages and then many folders with only few messages.
I believe you'll see the quit time improved with evolution-data-server
of version 3.26.0+, due to:
