[Evolution] Custom Keyboard Shortcuts for Gnome Evolution Mail Client

Having recently discovered how to assign/override custom keyboard shortcuts in Evolution Mail client, I have created a project ‘evolution-mail-custom-shortcuts' on GitHub to collaborate and document this information.

There could possibly be a separate ‘accels’ file per popular email clients: Google Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.

And while most of the custom shortcuts seem to work, the list formatting shortcuts seem to be registered but don’t work! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
