[Evolution] Printing Problem

I am not able to print from evolution.  When I try the cups page comes up and I select the correct

printer then click on Print and Evolution replies Printing failed. The printer replied “Printer not found”.

1. How can the printer reply printer can not be found?

2. If the printer can not be found indeed, Why does the CUPS selection page come up?

Evolution 3.38.4 (3.38.4-1.fc33)

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.  I need to print appointment letters from doctors

and clinics for both me and my wife.
