Hi,
I have Evolution version 3.40.2. It's a new setup a few weeks old.
100% of incoming mail goes to the 'Junk folder' every day I mark all the
emails that should not go into the 'Junk folder' with 'Mark as Not Junk'
by doing so, I assumed they will go on a 'White list' and next time I
get an email from the same sender, it will go into the 'Inbox' alas
every single email keeps on going into the 'Junk' folder??
The only Junk settings I can find are on the 'mail preferences' tab and
I have ticked: 'Check incoming messages for junk' 'Do not mark messages
as junk if sender is in my address book' 'check custom headers for
junk' (containing: X-Spam-Flags = Yes, X-Spam-Level = *****) and under
SpamAssassin Options I tried with and without 'Include remote tests'
with no difference.
What am I missing??
