[evolution-patches] String freeze-breaking patch: Make evo desktop file HIG 2.0-compliant

I've modified the evolution desktop file to match the naming pattern
proposed by the HIG 2.0. Note that the string "Evolution Groupware
Suite" wasn't marked for translation before, so this forms a string
freeze breakage, and therefore needs approval by the release team and by
the evo team.
