[evolution-patches] gal version 2.4 ?

Hi,

I think we need to update the version of gal that evolution-shell/camel
now depends on [ for head ]. It should be changed from gal-2.2 to
gal-2.4.  Connector [ head ] fail for this. I have a small patch for
this. Please let me know if this is fine.
