* gui/calendar-commands.h (calendar_goto_today): remove prototype

* gui/calendar-commands.c: remove dead function
----------------------------------------

Since currently only a11y part using this function, I think moving to
a11y is OK. And yes, the function name needs to be changed.

JP, what is your suggestions?
