Can you give me an example where a search folder inside a search folder
(or inside a regular folder) makes sense? I think this part of the UI
could be much simplified by not allowing this kind of things.
Do other people have an opinion about this?

emfu_popup_new_folder_response() to em_folder_utils_create_folder, thus
opening the "Add new rule" dialog without going through the folder-tree
selection dialog.
