Hi Roger,
Here is the output from my f-spot database.
bengt lappis:~$ file /home/bengt/.gnome2/f-spot/photos.db
/home/bengt/.gnome2/f-spot/photos.db: SQLite database (Version 3)
Do you start f-spot with parameter -basedir ?
If the photos.db is empty, perhaps just remove it totally and restart
f-spot would do the trick.
