Short-cut rating

I really like this feature, but:

1. As soon as I press ALT in Full-Screen it goes back to browse mode. It 
still does the rating, but I like to work in full-screen as much as 
possible when tagging.
2. It doesn't appear to work with the numeric keypad, regardless of the 
num-lock setting.
