Search texts without diacritics (e.g., Lowenzahn) now also match tag
names with diacritics (e.g., Löwenzahn) - thanks to Hyena! But note that
this is only for tag name completion and has no effect on the query to
the database.
The merge request also fixes two bugs - a crash and missing support for
tags with spaces:
