0.7.0 can't tag import roll

Just tried 0.7.0 for first time. Cannot tag photos in import roll ('t'
has no effect and no 'Attach Tag' option on right-mouse-click).
Cannot resize side-bar. Can grab seperator but moving mouse has no
effect. Closing sidebar (by clicking on X) leaves greyed area.
