The elections committee will try to provide a timeline for the
referendum and the elections ASAP. But we'll obviously need to wait a
bit, so that members who need to renew have time to renew before we
vote.

I confirm these people are members of the Foundation (well, 3 of them
need to renew, but that's okay since this is the membership committee's
fault and they'll renew really soon now). This is more than 10% of the
membership.
