At page 11.  If 'Fernando' means Fernando Herrera, then he came to 
Chile not Brazil.  The Foundation also sponsored to Mariano Su�z
to come the same event.

If 'Fernando' doesn't means Fernando Herrera, then his visit is 
missing :-)
