Finance-related documents on two pages

I was looking around for the budget and I see that we have two pages for
finane-related documents:

  http://foundation.gnome.org/finance/
  http://live.gnome.org/FoundationBoard/FinancialStatus

Should we merge them somehow? Want help for that?
