meeting board minutes..

The last meeting board minutes hasn't been posted since January 2013.  Can someone post  minutes?  It's hard to judge what the board is doing if there is no published documentation.  I'm sure you guys are doing a great job, please let us know what it is! :-)

If minutes is an issue perhaps some of us could volunteer to take minutes?  For sensitive things we can always drop off the line.
