Feedback on GNOME Foundation web site

Here's some feedback on the GNOME Foundation web site:

* The site links to
https://wiki.gnome.org/action/login/FoundationBoard/History
which is out of date.
It would be great if the 2012-2013 board could be added.  The results from
the election are here:
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/foundation-list/2012-June/msg00025.html

* It would be great if past tax filings (form 990) could be added to
http://www.gnome.org/foundation/reports/  (The page refers to
Guidestar but it would be nice if they were published on gnome.org too
since Guidestar only keeps the last few years.)

* The "Reports" page list previous budgets but stops in 2011.  Would
it be possible to add more recent budgets to the page?

* The by-laws at http://www.gnome.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/bylaws.pdf
refer to http://foundation.gnome.org/electionrules.html
in section 8.3 but this page doesn't exist.

* http://www.gnome.org/foundation/contacts/ says +1-617-206-3947.**
I assume the ** is a formatting issue and should be removed.
