libgda 2.99.5, 2007-02-12

 - Correct a linker error when using the (recently renamed to) 
   gda_query_field_value_get_is_parameter() function.
   I'm doing a quick extra release because I imagine that the effects of using 
   an implicitly-declared function could be odd.
