Es tiempo!  

When JT makes the registration form live, please mail the presenters
to fill it out ASAP.  There are several speakers on the schedule who may
have decided not to come and many more who do not know if they are even
invited. 

Jaime can make it a news item on the homepage and JT or Hector can
announce to gnome-hackers. Once the schedule is *confirmed*, Leslie can
notify slashdot.
