I debugged the client and server seperately, operating with hal-enabled
gnome-vfs HEAD, and nautilus 2.7.2, playing with lsof and cdrom
umounting.
patch passes the reqno for a new monitor to client and allows the server
to accept a request with just a reqno to cancel a monitor.
