[gamin] intensive processor use

I have a little problem.

gam_server just use as user and as root quite 100 % of the processor. I have
to kill those tasks several times, and kdeinit launch it again and again.
after mayber 30 minutes of killing and so, gam_server becomes more gentle,
but sometimes gets a full load.

I'm running FC3 but it was the same on FC2. I run KDE 3.4, was the same on
KDE 3.3.
