It's probably a ".configure" script bug. Do the following: enter
/home/tim/garnome-0.19.5/gnome/glib/work/glib-2.2.0/po and edit Makefile.
Change
all *NONE (ie. azNONE) to *.po (ie. "az.po"). Should go smoothly after that
