0.18.0 Compilation Problems

Hey Guys.

I was trying to compile the 0.18.0 release, and fontconfig doesn't
compile (it says that it doesn't know where fontconfig/fontconfig.h is)

Any ideas how I can fix it?

PS: If the KDE packages make GARGnome hard to maintain, perhaps you guys
should consider setting as a GARKDE release.  I have to admit that the
idea is really cool. I can run Debian, and still use the latest Desktop
releases!!! :-)
