GIMP and other applications are built from gnome-fifth-toe subdirectory.
You can check the "Makefile" in each of the meta/* subdirectories to see
which apps/libs get built.  Additional libs are required for building
some apps in fifth-toe directory.  If you don't need audio-related apps
I guess you can ignore them (they seem to be built last, so it's no big
deal if they're not built).
