Patch for GTK+2.2.1 bug

I was having a lot of problems with Eclipse (www.eclipse.org) under
Garnome (0.22), ie GTK+2.2.1. I thought it was an Eclipse issue, but
after lots of googling and bugzilla'ing I found a patch that fixes this
very annoying bug, which is actually a GTK+ bug. AFAIK, RedHat and
Debian have already applied this patch.

I patched my (Garnome) GTK+ and the problem went away.
