RE: 0.20.0: install fails on gst-plugins/libgstvorbis

Solved! This is the fix. (Thanks to Bruce Thelen for mailing me the
answer off-list.) I upgraded my version of libvorbis from 1.0rc3 to 1.0.
RPM found on rpmfind.net. HTH.
