I am having difficulty downloading render-0.8.tar.gz. It fails the

The one I calculated from fontconfig.org/releases/render-0.8.tar.gz was:
69233e5fc7cafb3a154447e2eb76ffe7 render-0.8.tar.gz
I am building this on RH 7.3. Will this no longer work?
Thanks!
