I have the following installed:

[jgbiggs gort garnome-0.28.2]$ rpm -q openssl
openssl-0.9.7a-20
[jgbiggs gort garnome-0.28.2]$ rpm -q openssl-devel
openssl-devel-0.9.7a-20
