garnome 0.27.1

Hello,

I'm trying to build 2.4.0 using garnome 0.27.1 and I'm stuck at libxml2.
The error message is:

could not locate version 4.1.2 of DocBook XML

Grabbed the docbook-xml-4.1.2 rpm but apparently I don't have
/usr/sbin/fix-xml-catalog installed so the rpm install fails.  Anyone
know where I can download fix-xml-catalog?  I tried googling for it but
had no luck.
