Sorry, I'm stupid : I need only compile _completely_ mozilla :

cd ~/garnome-0.27.1/misc/mozilla
make install

(I didn't see the mozilla's compilation error on zip unzip, zip and unzip 
wasn 't  instaled on my Debian woody).

After this just cd ~/garnome-0.27.1/meta/gnome-desktop
and re-run make install
