Galeon compile error

I get tonnes of erros like this one when compiling
galeon 1.3.9:

ContentHandler.o(.text+0x12de): undefined reference to
`NS_ConvertUTF16toUTF8::NS_ConvertUTF16toUTF8[in-charge](nsASingleFragmentString
const&)'

in the last build (galeon-bin)step.

has anyone seen this?

It has found the mozilla1.5b corerctly, all the
library paths are OK. But still the error.
